Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found that a Toyota Tazz had crashed against a wall. The driver of the vehicle verbalised that he was busy turning at the intersection when the vehicle’s brakes failed, which caused the vehicle to leave the roadway and crash against the wall.
