Two people have been injured after a three car pile up on Bayhead Road and Rotterdam Road just after 6am this morning.
Rescue Care paramedics arrived on scene to find the vehicles obstructing the roadway. On assessment paramedics found that two out of the three drivers had sustained moderate injuries. They were stabilized on scene before being transported to various Durban Hospitals for the further treatment that they required.
At this stage it is unclear in what caused the collision however the necessary authorities will be investigating.
