A new born baby was found stuffed into a black bag and thrown into a dumpster in Bloemfontein this morning. A report from the scene is that a vagrant was rummaging through the contents and found the baby still attached to the afterbirth.
Netcare 911 paramedics received the call and raced to the scene to assist, tragically after examining the foetus they found the child to have died. S A P arrived at the scene and will be investigating the incident.
