A driver of a motor vehicle was lucky to escape without injury in the early hours of this morning after the vehicle she was driving somehow lost control and collided into a residential property coming to rest on top of a stationary car.
The accident occurred around 4am at the corner of Fielden Drive and Kennard Road in Glenmore Durban. Rescue Care paramedics arrived on the scene to find that the vehicle had come through the property fence and came to rest on a stationary vehicle. The driver was checked by paramedics but luckily escaped with no injuries.
SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further.
