One person sustained serious injuries after the vehicle he was traveling in collided with the side of an interlink truck on the N8 about 40km west of Bloemfontein yesterday evening.
It is alleged that the truck broke down whilst turning accross the road and the car then collided with it despite the truck driver’s effort to warn the oncoming vehicle of the danger.
Traffic was reduced to single lane flow for some time to clear the scene.
Various services attended the scene.
