Twelve people have been injured when a minibus overturned on the R74

Paramedics from KZN Emergency Medical Services attended to the incident, which occurred on the R74, also known as the old Dundee road. When paramedics arrived on scene they found the minibus had rolled, about four meteres down an embankment. Five of the patients were seriously injured, while the remaining seven patients had sustained minor injuries.

The patients were treated at the scene of the crash by KZN EMS paramedics before being transported to Greytown hospital for continued care.

The police are investigating the incident
