A truck driver has been injured after his truck veered off the road on the N3 Durban bound opposite the pavilion just before 9am.
Rescue Care paramedics arrived on the scene to find the truck had somehow lost control before leaving the busy highway up the bank. Paramedics found that the driver had sustained moderate injuries after the collision. Once he had been stabilized on the scene he was transported to a nearby hospital for the further care that he required.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the truck to veer off the road however the necessary authorities were on scene and will be investigating further.
