A forty year old female is in a critical condition after being struck by a light motor vehicle on North Coast Road near to the Malacca Road intersection this afternoon (2015/05/05).
Crisis Medical paramedics arrived on scene to find the lady lying on the road way, unconscious and in a critical condition, having suffered multiple life threatening injuries. She was stabilized with Advanced Life Support intervention and placed on a mechanical ventilator before being rapidly transported to hospital.
She remained in a critical condition on hand over at hospital.
