One man is fighting for his life after a roll – over accident along the R50 Delmas Road in the Rietvlei View area at around midday. Reports from the scene indicate that the vehicle veered off the roadway and overturned, its wreckage coming to rest in the veldt.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the driver of the vehicle to have sustained life threatening injuries. Paramedics worked tirelessly to stabilise the critically wounded man on scene, after he was immobilised on a trauma board and placed on a trauma board, they airlifted him to a specialised facility for the care that he required.
