A man lost his life and two men were injured following an accident on Boundary Road near Malibongwe Road in North Riding, Randburg this morning.
Netcare 911 paramedics, its rescue unit and other services arrived at the scene and found that a minibus left the roadway and crashed against a wall on the side of the road.
Upon assessment of the occupants, paramedics found that the driver of the vehicle were partially ejected from the vehicle and tragically lost his life during the crash. Two male occupants sustained serious injuries during the crash and after receiving treatment at the scene, the two injured men were transported to hospital for further medical care.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
Exact detail surrounding the cause of the crash and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
