A man was injured following an accident on Randpark Drive in Randparkrif earlier today.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found a sixty-five-year-old man lying on the ground after he was knocked off his bicycle by a motor vehicle. Upon assessment of the cyclist, paramedics found that the man had sustained critical injuries during the accident.
A medical helicopter was activated to airlift the critically injured man to hospital for the urgent medical care that he required.
