Five patients, are recovering in hospital after a motor vehicle crash on the N11, in northern KZN.
Last night paramedics from KZN Emergency Medical Services, responded to the N11, near the Ballangeich turn off in the Newcastle area, for a collision involving two vehicles, a car and small bakkie. The paramedics, found that a total of five patients, had sustained injures, during the crash, which were all serious in nature. The patients were stabilized at the scene before being transported to Madadeni hospital and a local private hospital, by the paramedics from KZN Emergency Medical Services, for continued medical care.
The exact cause of the cash and the circumstances resulting in the crash are being investigated by the Police
