A man was injured in an accident along Merivale Road, Kloof this afternoon . A report from the scene indicates that the vehicle had veered off the road, hurtled down an embankment and collided with a tree.
Netcare 911 paramedics and their rescue unit arrived at the scene and found the man at the side of the roadway. After he was treated at the scene, they transported him to a nearby hospital for the care that he required.
