Crisis Medical paramedics arrived on scene to find the badly wrecked vehicle with both driver and passenger, both males believed to be in their thirties, still inside the vehicle.

The driver had sustained critical injuries and advanced life support intervention was needed before he was placed onto a mechanical ventilator to assist him in breathing.

The passenger sustained serious injuries and was stabilized on scene before both men were placed on specialized extrication equipment for suspected spinal cord injuries and transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for further care.
