Four persons sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate after three vehicles collided on the R64 just outside Bloemfontein during the early hours of this morning.
One vehicle went down a small embankment and crashed through the fence of a game lodge.
All patients were stabilised and transported to hospital for further care.
Various services attended the scene.
