A 25-year-old man was killed during the early hours of this morning when his vehicle overturned on Delfos Boulevard in Vanderbijlpark.
At approximately 3.30am paramedics arrived on the scene where they found a light motor vehicle that overturned. Bystanders explained to paramedics that the man was still trapped under the vehicle. Local fire services assisted on the scene and once paramedics could gain access to the patient they found that he sustained multiple fatal injuries. He was declared dead on the scene.
It is understood that he was the only occupant in the vehicle at the time and ejected during the rollover.
Local authorities will conduct an investigation.
