Emergency services responded to this single vehicle accident on the Jagersfontein Road about 45km outside Bloemfontein late yesterday evening.
Both the occupants were ejected from the vehicle during the accident and sustained serious injuries as a result.
Both were stabilised on scene and treated for hypothermia before being transported to the Pelonomi Hospital in Bloemfontein for further care.
