A twenty-seven-year-old man was seriously injured during a pedestrian accident on Atterbury Road near Lois Avenue in Menlyn, Pretoria this morning.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found a man lying on the roadway after he was knocked over by a light utility vehicle.
Upon assessment of the pedestrian, paramedics found that the man had sustained serious injuries during the accident.
The injured man was treated at the scene and transported to hospital for further medical care, under the care of an advanced life support paramedics.
