A female driver in her early thirties was left with moderate injuries after losing control of her vehicle on the N2 near to the popular Sibaya Casino this evening.
Crisis Medical paramedics arrived on scene to find the vehicle on its roof on the embankment. The driver was attempting to free herself from the wreckage. She was assessed and treated on scene before being taken to a nearby hospital for further care.
It is alleged the driver lost control of her vehicle at high speed, causing it to roll several times before coming to rest on the embankment, however the exact facts are unclear and the local authorities will investigate further.
