Suspects in tuck shop robbery arrested in Windserton

Three suspects are expected to appear in the Barkly Magistrate’s Court on 28 July 2015 on a charge of robbery.

It is alleged that on 25 July 2015 at approximately 11:00, four suspects entered a tuck-shop in Kutlwanong, Windsorton. The shop owner was robbed at knifepoint. The suspects fled with his cellular phone and an undisclosed amount of money.

The Windsorton Visible Policing Unit followed up on information and arrested three of the four suspects at their homes in Hebron Park, Windsorton; the fourth suspect is yet to be arrested.

Police recovered the sim-card of the cellular phone belonging to the complainant.
