A truck driver was killed after he lost control and crashed into the front of a house in South Hills earlier this afternoon.
When ER24 paramedics and other services arrived on scene they found the truck lying on its side. The front of the house was badly damaged.
The truck driver, who was ejected and found close to the truck, was assessed.
It was found that he sustained multiple severe injuries.
Unfortunately there was nothing paramedics could do for him.
He was declared dead.
The occupant of the house, who was at the back of the house at the time of the incident, was fortunately not injured.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown however authorities were on scene for further investigations.
