This morning M01, A03, A10, A11 and I01 responded to reports of an MVA involving two taxis on the corners of Van Der Merwe and Edith Cavell in Hillbrow.
On arrival paramedics found that a taxi had t-boned another taxi, leaving a total of 21 patients with minor to moderate injuries.
The patients were triaged and treated on scene before being transported to various nearby hospitals for further care.
JMPD were on scene to investigate the cause of the collision.
