A man was injured during an accident on the R563 towards Brits in Magaliesburg this morning.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found that a motor vehicle had overturned several times and came to a standstill on its wheels at the side of the road.
Upon assessment of the male driver, believed to be in his forties, paramedics found that the man had sustained serious injuries during the rollover accident. The injured man was treated at the scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail surrounding the cause of the rollover accident and preceding events are unclear and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
