Two people have been injured one seriously so after two cars and a truck collided on the M7 East bound just after Bellville Bridge just after 07:45am.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that two vehicles and a truck had collided blocking two of the three lanes in morning peak hour traffic. Two people had been injured with one sustaining serious injuries. Paramedics stabilized them in the vehicle before carefully extricating them from the vehicle. Once removed from the vehicle they were transported by Rescue Care to a nearby private hospital for the further care that they required.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
