Luckily no one was injured when a fire ravaged a light motor vehicle on the M4 near to the M41 in Umhlanga Rocks this evening.
Crisis Medical paramedics and members from Ethekwini Fire and Rescue Services were called to the scene by passing motorists.
Swift action by Ethekwini Fire members saw the flames quickly extinguished.
No one suffered any injuries in the fire which saw the road way closed as emergency services battled the blaze.
