ER24 can confirm that three people have been declared dead and at least three others have sustained serious to critical injuries in a collision that took place in the Kanetvlei area on the N1 just outside De Doorns in the Western Cape earlier this morning.
It is understood at this stage that multiple vehicles were involved in the incident.
Sadly there was nothing paramedics could do for two men and a woman who were involved in the collision. Paramedics are still busy on scene. Update to follow.
