One person has been left with minor injuries when the vehicle he was driving in burst into flames, following a collision with another light motor vehicle near Gateway shopping mall this morning.
Swift action from Ethekwini Fire and Rescue services ensured the fire was extinguished.
The man was attended to on scene by Crisis Medical paramedics.
The cause of the collision is unclear and will be investigated.
