Seven people have been injured after two taxis collided at the intersection of Grey Street and Queen Street just before 7am today.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on scene to find that two taxis had collided before one veered off the roadway and collided with a pillar on the pavement. A total of seven people had sustained various injuries and were treated and stabilized on the scene before being transported to various Durban Hospitals for the further care that they required.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however the necessary authorities were on scene and will be investigating further.
