14 people were injured when a taxi driver lost control of the vehicle earlier today on Ngwele Road near the Inanda Dam.
The taxi rolled and landed in the garden of a private residence.
When ER24 paramedics and other services arrived on scene they found the taxi lying on its side.
Patients were lying and sitting in the garden.
Members of the public were assisting the patients.
Upon assessment by paramedics it was found that three patients sustained moderate injuries and 11 sustained minor injuries.
The patients were treated and transported to local hospitals for further medical care.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown.
Authorities were on scene for further investigations.
