Two people have been injured after three cars collided on the M1 East bound near Mobeni around 3pm today.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that three vehicles had collided into each other in the fast lane of the Higginson Highway near Mobeni cemetery. Paramedics assessed the scene and found that two drivers had sustained moderate injuries. They were both transported to nearby hospitals for the further care that they required.
At this stage it is unsure what caused the collision however the necessary authorities were on scene and will be investigating further.
