On Wednesday morning at 04h37 Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a truck that overturned on the N3 about ten kilometres from Harrismith in the direction of Montrose. Exact detail to the cause of the crash and preceding events is still speculative and will remain a subject for police investigation.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and found the truck lying on its side next to the roadway, two people were found to have sustained minor injuries. Medics treated the injured at the scene before transporting them to a nearby hospital for the care that they required.
