A biker has sustained serious injuries after colliding with a vehicle at the intersection of NMR Ave and Athlone Drive in Durban Central around 4pm today.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene and found that the biker had sustained serious injuries and required Advanced Life Support intervention to assist to stabilise him. Once he had been stabilised on the scene he was transported to a nearby hospital for the further care that he required.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however the necessary authorities were on scene and will be investigating further.
