Earlier tonight EMER-G-MED’s RV5 and A10 responded to the corners of True North and Kliprivier Drive, in the south of Johannesburg.
The cause of collision is unknown but two vehicles were found to have collided in the intersection.
One driver was found to have sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead on-scene. Four other people sustained minor to moderate injuries, with one patient requiring Advanced Life Support care. The patients were treated on-scene before being transported to nearby hospitals for further care.
JMPD’s specialist Accident Investigation Unit were on the scene to investigate the exact events leading up to the collision.
