On Saturday morning Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a pedestrian crash along Simon Vermooten Road, Die Wilgers, Pretoria. Reports from the scene indicate that a female was handing out pamphlets when she was hit by a taxi.
Paramedics arrived at the scene to find the twenty-nine-year-old female to have sustained serious injuries. Medics treated the patient at the scene before transporting her to a nearby hospital for the care that she required.
