Tonight at 19h37 Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a pedestrian crash on the N2 South at Queen Nandi Drive. Reports from the scene indicate that the man was trying to cross the highway when he was hit by several vehicles.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and found the man had tragically died on impact due to the extensive injuries that he sustained. Three lanes of the highway had to be closed while the police cleared the accident scene.
