Two sisters believed to be aged seven and 22 were knocked over by a vehicle in Gillitts Road, Westmead, this evening.
It is understood that the pair were on their way to their mother’s place of work when the incident occurred.
When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene, they found the 22-year-old girl sitting on a chair near a security office at a complex. The younger child was walking around on scene with her mother who was contacted by people on scene.
Upon assessment it was found that the older sister sustained moderate injuries and the child sustained minor injuries.
They were treated and transported to hospital for further medical care.
The vehicle was not found on scene.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown.
