Last night EMER-G-MED’s M06, M07 and A02 responded to reports of a motorbike collision on the N1 South after Rivonia, in Sunninghill.
It’s alleged that the bike swerved to avoid a car and collided with the barrier.
On assessment paramedics found that the biker had sustained serious injuries, and required Advanced Life Support care.
The patient was treated on-scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for further care.
