Earlier this afternoon EMER-G-MED’s M01 and A09 responded to reports of a taxi accident on the corners of Kloof Road and Eckstein Street, in Observatory.
The events leading up to the collision are unclear, but on arrival paramedics found that a taxi and a SUV had collided head-on – leaving the four occupants of the taxi with minor to moderate injuries.
The patients were treated on-scene and were later transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
