A twenty-one-year-old man is in a critical condition after he was struck by a vehicle on Union street and corner Doctor Pixley Kaseme street in Durban.
Reports from the scene indicate that the vehicle that struck the man did not stop at the scene.
Netcare911 paramedics managed to stabilise the critically injured man on scene before transporting him to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
This accident happened this morning at about 04h13.
Police are investigating the matter.
