Two men sustained fatal injuries and four other people sustained minor to moderate injuries in a collision this evening between a taxi and two cars on Edendale Road, in KwaZulu Natal.
ER24 paramedics, EMRS, Fire and Rescue and other services attended to the incident.
Two men, believed to be in their late 20’s to early 30’s, were found trapped in one of the vehicles. Upon assessment it was found that they sustained multiple injuries. Sadly there was nothing that could be done for them. They were declared dead.
Three people from the second vehicle sustained minor injuries and the taxi driver sustained moderate injuries.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown. Authorities were on scene for further investigations.
