15 Injured in taxi crash on the M4 South near Dahlbridge

Fifteen people have been injured two seriously so after a taxi and a car collided on the M4 South near Dahlbridge on Saturday evening just after 7pm.

Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that a taxi and a car had collided on the busy freeway. A total of fifteen people had been injured as a result. Three patients had sustained serious injuries and Advanced Life Support Paramedics worked to stabilise them. Once all the injured had been stabilised on the scene they were transported by ambulance to various Durban Hospitals for the further care that they required.

At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further.
