A thirty-five-year-old man has sustained moderate injuries after he fell off his bicycle on the R104 in Silverton Ext40 in Pretoria.
Reports from the scene indicate that the man hit a tree before falling off his bicycle.
Netcare911 paramedics managed to stabilise the injured man on scene before transporting him to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
