At 16h45 on Sunday afternoon Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a collision on the Griekwastad Road about twenty kilometres from Kimberley. Exact detail to the cause of the crash and preceding events will remain a subject for police investigation.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and found the wreckage of the vehicle at the side of the roadway. After examining the injured it was found that a thirteen-year-old boy and a female sustained moderate injuries, two males from the vehicle escaped uninjured.
Medics treated the injured at the scene before they transported them to a hospital in Kimberley for the care that they required.
