On 7 August 2016at about 19:35, Port Elizabeth Flying Squad members stopped and searched a BMW with no registration number plates.
Five suspects were arrested for possession of an illegal firearm and ammunition.
A 9mm pistol was siezed and the BMW confiscated for investigation.
The suspects are detained at SAPS Kwazakele and will appear in court toorrow, 8 August 2016.
