This morning Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a collision on the N2 South by Queen Nandi Drive in Durban. Reports from the scene indicate that two cars and a truck collided; one of the vehicles then overturned its twisted frame coming to rest on its roof.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and found the roadway severely obstructed with accident debris and the twisted frames of the vehicles, traffic was backed up for kilometres. After the occupants from the vehicles were examined it was found that one person sustained minor injuries.
Medics treated the patient at the scene before transporting them to a local hospital for further care.
