Yesterday afternoon nine people sustained minor to moderate injuries after a taxi crash on the corners of Marlboro Drive and South Road, in Kelvin – north of Johannesburg.
Multiple EMER-G-MED resources were dispatched to the scene, arriving to find that a bakkie and a taxi had collided in the intersection – pushing the taxi off the road.
The nine patients, all from the taxi, were treated for their injuries on the scene before being transported to various nearby facilities for further care.
