Two people have been injured after a bike and a car collided on Main Road and Vausedale Road in Escombe on Friday night just before 10pm.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene and found that a biker and a car had collided head on. Both drivers had sustained moderate injuries and were stabilised on the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for the further care that they required.
AT this stage the exact cause of the collision is unknown however the necessary authorities were on scene and will be investigating further.
