Yesterday afternoon 8 people were injured after a collision between a taxi and a car on Barry Hertzog and Judith Roads, in Emmerentia.
EMER-G-MED’s M06, A06 and A10 responded to the call, arriving to find that a taxi had T-boned a car after an alleged brake failure.
Seven passengers from the taxi, as well as the driver of the car sustained minor to moderate injuries.
The patients were assessed and treated at the scene before being transported to various nearby hospitals.
