Eastern Cape: Only a bark from our #PawEnforcement partners had a suspect quaking in his shoes and surrendering.
Police officials in Uitenhage responded to an alarm at business premises in Kruisrivier, Uitenhage, last night at 21:30. Upon arrival at the scene, members saw a broken window with blood on it. Uitenhage K9 members responded and with the assistance of Bowie and Lenox, who only barked. The 48-year-old suspect, who was still inside the premises, handed himself over to the police.
The male suspect was detained on a charge of housebreaking and theft at business premises and is due to appear in the Uitenhage Magistrate’s Court tomorrow, Friday, 3 March 2017.
