The MEC for Human Settlement, MEC Helen Sauls-August, SAPS and other government departments conducted a roadblock this morning at Dimbaza Taxi Rank where the focus was to educate community about crime in their area as well as the rights of disabled persons.
More that two hundred pamphlets were distributed to the community.
